My Order

HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Access "Orders and Returns" in your account and check the real-time status of your order.

If you placed an order without registering on the site, access the link sent in the confirmation email.

Once your order is completed, you will receive, via email, all the information related to the following order statuses: order confirmation, processing/shipment confirmation.

In the case of your order being shipped to the address you provided, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can track the delivery in real-time through our shipping partner's platform.

If you do not receive any confirmation email to your email address, please contact Areias Studio Customer Support at info@areiasstudio.com or +351915285708.

HOW TO APPLY PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS OR DISCOUNT CODES?

You can apply your voucher during checkout by entering the respective code.

Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Multibanco, MB Way.

WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD DECLINED?

Your card may have expired: check the expiration date of your card.

The card limit may have been reached: check with your bank to see if the card has not exceeded the allowed amount for your purchases.

The entered data may not be correct. Ensure that you have correctly filled out all the necessary fields.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service by email and/or phone so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Returns

HOW DO I PROCEED WITH THE RETURN OF AN ITEM?

At Areias Studio, if you are not satisfied, the Customer can exchange or return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.

Returns should be made by mail.

To return an item, or more, please send it/them to:

The item should be sent in the original box along with a copy of the original invoice. The return form that was sent with the product should be filled out with the reason for the return or the request for an exchange.

The box should be properly sealed to avoid any risk of loss during shipping to our warehouse.

The cost of shipping the item is the responsibility of the Customer, and the Customer is responsible for covering the costs.

HOW IS THE REFUND PROCESSED?

After confirmation by our warehouse that the item has been returned in the condition it was delivered to the Customer, Areias Studio will process the refund using the same payment method used for your purchase. The refund process will be completed within a maximum of 14 business days, depending on the relevant banking entity. If your order was paid through a Multibanco reference, we will request your IBAN to process the refund for the item(s) via bank transfer.

WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND NOTIFICATION?

You will receive an email as soon as the refund operation is completed.

Yes, you can shop with complete confidence as we have made great efforts to implement the necessary resources to ensure the security of your purchases and your data.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you believe that the item you received is not in the normal or expected condition according to the agreed terms, please contact our customer support service. We recommend that you send us an email (info@areiasstudio.com) with an explanation of the situation, including photographs that allow us to understand the defect. Our team will contact you as soon as possible.

CAN AREIAS PRODUCTS BE WASHED IN THE DISHWASHER?

Yes, all products can be washed in the dishwasher.
